2. Services
WebSpore Media provides digital media solutions, including but not limited to branding, content creation, digital marketing, and web design. The scope of each project will be clearly defined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice before work begins.
3. Payments & No Refund Policy
All payments are due as outlined in your invoice or service agreement. All sales are final. We maintain a strict no refund policy. Once payment is received and work has commenced (or been scheduled), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Failure to make payment as agreed may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Right to Refuse Service
WebSpore Media reserves the right to refuse, decline, or withdraw from any project at our sole discretion. This may include projects that we determine to be unlawful, unethical, misaligned with our brand values, or otherwise unsuitable. If service is declined before work begins, any pre-paid fees for unrendered services may be returned at our discretion.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for the completion of services. Delays in providing materials or approvals may result in project delays, for which WebSpore Media is not responsible.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WebSpore Media retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, and materials created during the creative process. Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. WebSpore Media reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
WebSpore Media shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific services in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
